Anna Lightbown

Anna Lightbown first broadcast on national radio at the age of eight.  When she was sixteen she won a place at the Royal Academy of Music as an Associated Board Scholar studying with Frederic Jackson.  During her time there she won the prestigious Rae Leeming Prize.

Subsequently, alongside numerous solo and concerto appearances, Anna has pursued a fulfilling career as an accompanist both in the UK and abroad.

Anna regularly coaches students preparing for music examinations and scholarships, whilst still finding time to enjoy her many performances of chamber music in London and the South East.  She is also the assistant accompanist for Harrow Choral Society.
